Our next guest is one of my favorite leaders that I ever worked with. He is truly passionate about helping others and he is the person that If he sees you down he will pull you aside and make sure you are okay. I crossed paths with Tim when he was my Unit Manger. I used to report to Tim for over a year, but recently he started a new position as the Director of Sales for Tulip Cremation.
BIO: He started in 2001 as sales associate, the same position I currently hold. In ’09 he got promoted to a front-line sales manager and later in 2015 as the UM. He attended UNF and received his B.A. in Finance and continues his education at Jacksonville University for his MBA. He hold Lean Six Sigma Blue Belt also.
When I first moved to Tim’s department I requested to sit down with him and told him all about my goals and what I wanted to achieve while working as sales associate. I told him I wanted to learn about project management and about sales and marketing, and that I had all these ideas I would love to bring to the department. I got worried after I got everything out of my chest and I though he might judge me, but it was completely the opposite. He connected me with the project management team and introduced me to the executive leadership team at our corporate and has only pushed me just to become better. I am so excited about this interview so without losing any time lets get started.

Dr. Slentz is a practicing attorney, licensed in Florida. Dr. Slentz serves as a judge in the juvenile diversion program / Teen Court for St. Johns County, Florida, and provides pre-trial mediation services in the 4th Judicial Circuit. He is also an EEOC-certified Investigator and Agency Decision Writer. Prior to becoming a college professor, Dr. Slentz completed a 30-year career in professional and leadership roles and as senior executive/regional CEO with a $70 billion national service provider.
In that role, he negotiated and administered many labor-managements collective bargaining agreements, and was part of the national teams that prepared and conducted negotiations involving several hundred thousand unionized employees.

Shahrzad Dadgar is an award-winning filmmaker and photographer. Born in 1989 in Hamedan, Iran, Dadgar was trained as an architect and engineer before pursuing a film career.
As an artist Shahrzad’s work focuses on promoting understanding of women’s empowerment, and women who have suffered from sexual issues. Her last short film, “Highlight,” deals with gender inequality.
Her first short film “500 Ounces of Gold”, tells the story of a religious woman who has to made a deeply profound decision about abortion.
Shahrzad has received the coveted Golden Gazzale from the Persian International Film Festival in Australia as well as “Best Inspirational Women in Film” award from the online Festigious Film Festival of Los Angeles. She received the “Best Script” award for “500 Ounces of Gold” from the Cervaignano Film Festival in Italy.
Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Engineering from Azad University in Hamedan, Iran,Dadgar is now attending Jacksonville University’s College of Fine Arts in Florida on a Talent Scholarship Grant, and continuing to make independent films.

A little background on Ray, he is a 6 time All-American in track and field Nation Champion. For a while he also pursuit a couching career. He became Division one couch at 3 different universities and found himself finishing himself couching for 3 years UCLA. Instead of following this promising career and accepting the coaching position on a prestige SEC team, he decided to find his true calling and explore more.
