If there is someone out there that has hurt you in the past, it might be time to talk to them.
Before you do talk to them, make sure it is for the right reasons and make sure you are deeply ready.
You can have open scars and heal them with that conversation or let go of that baggage you have been carrying around for months or even years. Let the past go, heal from it and move on.
P.S: This is a personal story.

A successful SHOE company in Chicago sent its top 2 salesmen to Africa to study the market for a new campaign as they were trying to expand.
One of the salesman got scared as soon as he stepped foot in Africa, and took the next flight back to Chicago. The other one stayed there and came back to Chicago months later.
The CEO asked the second salesman why it took him that long to come back as the first salesman came back stating nobody wears shoes there, there is no market for us in Africa. The salesman listen very carefully and confidently said "Exactly! There is no market there, I created one. I sold all the shoes I had with me and we need more. I am going back there in two weeks".
Being positive in a negative situation is not naive. It’s leadership!

Humility is the quality of being humble. It’s not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less. Humility shows lack of arrogance and allows someone to be modest about themselves. Develop a humble mindset, if you think you are too cool for school, guess what. All you doing is hurting your present and your future self.
Zig Ziglar said: Humility will open more doors than arrogance ever will.
Stay hungry, stay young, stay foolish, stay curious, and above all, stay humble because just when you think you got all the answers, is the moment when some bitter twist of fate in the universe will remind you that you very much don’t.
