She also possess a Six Sigma Green Belt and bring lots of HR management experience.

Prof. GoOdell and her husband own Goodell Group INC and have been successfully operated since 2004. They support organizations around leadership development, professional start-up to expansion, and the like. Their clients range from large Fortune 50 organizations to small "mom-and-pop" entrepreneurs.  

For over 4 years now she also advised FSCH SHRM Student Chapter and every year she has worked tirelessly with the members. Under he supervision the chapter has been able to win the Merit Award every year.
